PwC – CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™

This program encompasses the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace and includes the I Act On pledge for any individual to take. A team of four has been tasked with traveling the nation to address complex topics that are not always addressed.

The focal point of the tour is a fully equipped custom bus that takes a consumer through various experiences of self-reflection. The goal is recognizing that change needs to take place. Turnkey’s road team has gone through extensive training to address these societal issues and be prepared for any type of media appearance. Event locations vary from college campuses to high level corporate offices to strongly attended music festivals. The 58-week tour plans to make 100+ stops with a 50’ x 30’ build out over the course of the program. This is a special movement to be part of and we hope everyone can take the pledge today!

Verizon Salutes Military

The #VerizonSalutes Military Tour required Turnkey DOT to successfully manage ten tour managers, five teams and five sprinter vans. Each team was assigned to a different region of the country spanning from the Northeast to the Southwest. Over the course of seven weeks the tour hit various marathons, air shows, military appreciation or veteran parades, basketball and football games. The purpose of the tour was to educate military veterans and their families on the special Verizon discounts and programs that cater to military families.  To achieve this, the tour targeted events and venues that would had a high concentration of military veterans and their families.

With five teams out on the road simultaneously, communication and organization was key. Turnkey DOT created a streamlined plan for each team to deliver event recaps, event photos, and inventory updates to the client within 24 hours of each event. Having multiple teams throughout each region of the country helped Verizon maximize their military family consumer outreach efforts and educate them about all of the ways that Verizon supports our veterans.

Zaxby’s – Flavor Takeover

The Zaxby’s Food Truck has fed thousands of football fans along with dozens of communities across the Southeast region. In 2017, Turnkey helped Zaxby’s fill the bellies of college football tailgaters before a big match up. Along with distributing free delicious chicken, the events team of three was responsible for building grandstand seating, setting up consumer games and engaging with the crowds at each campus throughout the season.

Moving into 2018, Zaxby’s took a different direction supporting a variety of events from local church gatherings to corporate lunch outings. The truck would make a minimum of seven stops per week from July to December. When the serving window opens, lines start to generate down the block. Turnkey is happy to be part of a program that puts smiles so many people’s faces.

Embraer – Phenom 300E Mockup

In early 2018, Turnkey DOT took on a large role with Shomotion & Eighty8 to display Embraer’s award-winning Phenom 300E aircraft mock-up. The fully equipped fuselage was strategically placed inside of a 53’ single-sided, stage display trailer allowing it to be showcased at high traffic events such as Barrett Jackson, Coke Zero Sugar 400 and The Yellowstone PGR Rodeo. The truck and trailer traveled to various Executive Airports to align with increased air traffic for events such as The Kentucky Derby, Art Basel and The Gordon McCall Motorworks Revival.

Turnkey has taken on the responsibility of logistics, onsite management and event reporting to ensure maximum brand awareness and prospect access to the Phenom 300E.  Consumers enjoy the real-life experience of being inside an Embraer Executive Jet. For many of them, this is the first-time people have the experience to get this type of exposure.

TruTV – Impractical Jokers Scoopski Potatoes

SCOOPSKI’S POTATOES! If you are not familiar with the candid TV show, a group of comedians created an improv skit, which went viral generating many views across the nation. The video developed an impressive number of growing popularity that TruTV along with Berlin Cameron decided to create a truck shaped like a potato to help promote a new season of the show!

The Impractical Jokers truck visited various stops through the summer of 2018 including college campuses, Comic Con and even the Staten Island Museum in the Jokers hometown. Turnkey DOT managed the operations of the tour which included routing, securing permits for the events and of course cooking delicious potatoes to serve to the fans!

VICELAND Bus

Cruising around a 1991 custom party bus certainly grabs the attention of most people walking around down town Los Angeles on a hot summer day. The VICELAND bus has been paraded through heavy metropolitan cities, while stopping at all the hippest venues and festivals in town. Generating well over 10,000 miles, Turnkey DOT not only owns and operates this gem, but builds experiential marketing platforms around the bus once it is parked at the party.

Partnering with VICE Media has been a great opportunity for Turnkey DOT to make stops at some of the coolest events around the nation. With stops at destinations such as SXSW, Cochella, Art Basel & Comic-Con, the bus attracts thousands of consumers. Equipped with a DJ table, photo booth, packed fridge and couches to lounge in, everyone wants the opportunity to party on the bus and potentially meet some high-profile names.

Nathan's Famous Road to Coney

Mobile tours can be considered our bread and butter. Partnering with Chicago based agency Intersport, The Nathan’s Famous mobile marketing tour can attest to that notion. Operating from January – October, the traveling carnival made 79 stops in 21 different states and the District of Columbia. In 2018, the tour will be starting the third year of circulation. In order to meet expectations, the program was divided into two separate tours. Each team operated customized vehicles to activate large food festivals, sporting events, corporate offices, community organizations and retail stores.

The teams set up an interactive mini carnival at each location, educating consumers on the premium taste of Nathan’s Famous hot dogs! Games were free to play and everyone walked away a winner. After each event, the set up was packed away into a box truck and gooseneck trailer then sent on the road to the next destination increasing brand affinity and awareness across the US.

Whole Foods – POD

The Whole Foods pod is a compact box that makes an impactful impression at any event. Easily transported on a trailer, Turnkey DOT has brought the display to a variety of events around the Chicagoland area. With built-in hydraulics, this is an easy one-man job for our event managers.

Similar to a number of our clients, Whole Foods was operating this vehicle and pod on their own, but not particularly comfortable with the setup and break down. Recognizing that Turnkey DOT could save on time and efficiency, they saved themselves a lot of headache by having the pod operated under our management.

Patrick Cudahy Pack House

The Patrick Cudahy Pack-House Mobile Tour hit the road for the first time this year, covering thousands of miles in the state of Wisconsin. The wrapped sprinter van serves as an efficient vehicle for easy setup and adaptation for last minute changes to schedules and easy setup. Starting the tour in mid-June, a team of two spread the awareness of "The official Bacon of the Green Bay Packers" to 74 events in 4 months.

This tour challenged our event managers to work on short notice, interact regularly with the client and understand the brand initiatives at each event. Operating a sprinter van tour is a safe and effective way to conduct multiple turnkey events in a short period of time and spread a brand message.

Lamborghini – Accademia & Esperienza

Tired of late deliveries and damaged assets by prior trucking companies, Lamborghini and their agency iris Worldwide reached out to Turnkey DOT to provide shipping and logistic services. We have partnered on Lamborghini’s Esperienza, Accademia and one of the largest car shows in the industry, Monterey Car Week.

For this program, we shipped loads in tractor trailers and box trucks from a fabricator in Canada to a warehouse secured in the US. Working with a luxury brand, attention to detail is vital, especially when our event managers were helping to setup at affluent homes and on pristine golf courses.
